NC-9 Group, TR is a Business Trust structured under 13 American Jurisprudence 2nd "Business Trusts," registered in the State of Delaware as a Delaware Statutory Trust. The Trust serves as catalyst, incubator, and executor for the development of ideas, concepts, projects, systems, products, properties, and services — advancing the corpus of the Trust for the good of its beneficiaries, with a positive effect on the lives of our fellow humanity and the earth we live on.

The Global Investment Fund (GIF.Tr) is a Delaware Statutory Trust structured as a hybrid master-feeder fund, providing institutional investors with diversified, single-allocation exposure to the full NC-9 portfolio rather than fragmented single-venture vehicles. Distribution reaches domestic and offshore capital through a structured Bond Program designed with investor principal protection in mind.
