No domestic facility exists for mass-production of commercial SRMs at competitive price points.
The Solution
OSS's automated continuous mix/cast process produces propellant in a closed, remote-controlled environment—eliminating direct personnel exposure during the two most hazardous operations (mixing and casting). This process is safer, faster, and generates less waste than conventional batch methods. OSS will manufacture SRMs for the E'Prime Eagle Series vehicles, wind motor cases, pour propellant, and deliver launch-ready stages in canisters that double as shipping containers.
